it has been quite a while for me to post about stuffs like this..

let me ask, what is leadership?

simple, leadership is influence. without influence, a leader is not called a leader, but otherwise, a loser.

in order to have influence, you must build integrity among your followers. befriend to them, not force them. create your own principle, dont let them step on your head. work with your people as a team, not like a dictator. then you will have influence.

and a good leader is also a good follower. those who cannot follow cannot be a good leader. to be a good leader, first you must be a good follower.

that's all my little knowledge about leadership that i want to share with all the readers. i hope my useful informations may come in handy someday.

status update

oh, baru seminggu x masuk kelas, dah mula rasa kebosanan skit. ye lah, mane xnye.. melangut depan komputer je. kadang2 belek jugak buku motivasi (ok what?!), best kot..

pg td saya dan amin baru aje dpt keje ngan baba (yeah).. keje install antivirus kt komputer.. satu hari rm*0.. (gaji dirahsiakn) lg senang drpd keje tahun lepas..

maklumat terkini, no saya yg 0132014711 insyaallah akan dihapuskan mahupun dipatah-patahkan simnya serta-merta kerana kadar bil telefon yg melampau-lampau (celcom 1+5).. bayangkan, stau sms 10sen sesama celcom.. lame2 kering duit dlm bank..

so, saya akan beli S.O.X. dalam masa yg terdekat..

akhir kata, saya mahu guna cuti sekolah kali ni dgn sebaik mungkin.. kalau ade nk study group ke ape ke.. jgn lupe ajak saya...
